Shipping
USPS Priority Mail delivery is
approximately 2 days from ship date for continental U.S.
deliveries. International shipment delivery time varies
according to location. International shipments not
necessarily sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Return Policy
You may return items purchased on our
web site within 15 days of order placement. No reasons
required but feedback would be appreciated. We will only
accept returns of new, unused PodFitKits in original
unopened packaging. You must contact us by email in advance
to arrange your return. Upon receipt and inspection of your
return, we will issue a refund of the original purchase
price, excluding shipping and handling, provided that it
meets the above requirements.
Terms and Conditions
In all of our testing and use,
we have never damaged any earpiece. The materials used in
PodFitKit are safe, pliable, and easily removed from your
earpieces. Since every application of PodFitKit is a custom
application, it is possible that the way you mold your
PodFitKit could damage your earpieces. Buy purchasing
PodFitKit, you acknowledge this and agree to accept all
responsibility for the result of using the product.
